Pengalaman kami pertama kali membawa anabul berlibur ke US hingga kembali lagi ke Indonesia sangat mengesankan. Mulai dari proses administrasi hingga keberangkatan di Bandara CGK sangat terbantu dengan jasa Groovy Pet Transport (Mba Mita, Mas Pandi, dan Tim) yang sangat berpengalaman. Sempat ada kendala saat akan kembali ke Indonesia karena dokumen impor dari Indonesia belum jadi sehingga kami harus reschedule penerbangan dan extend 10 hari di US dalam keadaan cuaca ekstrim -42C. Namun dalam kondisi ini Mba Mita sangat komunikatif dan membantu proses hingga kepulangan kami ke Indonesia. Mas Pandi juga sangat well-prepared saat keberangkatan mempersiapkan semua label, botol minum, administrasi hingga saat menjemput kami saat kembali tiba di Jakarta. From the very first time I contacted Groovy Pet Transport I felt very comfortable to use them, Ms Feddy explained everything to me that I understood the process from leaving Australia and going into quarantine for my dog in Jakarta then to Bali Canggu. It’s taken me a few weeks to make this review - relocation priorities and activities..anyway, Groovy Pet Transport (GPT) handled my pet (3 cats) relocation from Indonesia to Thailand. I have relocated pets several times over the years and a number of countries, so I value a service that takes out all the worry. GPT, and the consultant, Febby, in Tangerang, who worked closely with me, provided a first class and top level relocation service for my cats. From the medical/ vax requirements, export prermits, boarding a couple of days before departure, contact with supporting agents at the destination, confirming all documentation and amazingly right up to the point of flight check in they handled all things about as professional as is possible. I had direct contact with the consultant even outside office hours, I was kept fully informed and updated all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone relocating with pets. During the time I spent in Jakarta I used Groovy Pet Services for all my cats needs, Boarding, vet services and they are a great outfit all round, I was more than happy.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Groovy Pet made what can seem to be an overwhelmingly complicated process extremely easy. Once our dog arrived in Indonesia and was in mandatory quarantine for a week, the Groovy Pet team sent us photos and short video clips of our dog regularly up until the day they brought him to our house. I can’t recommend Groovy Pet highly enough!
